Rough Cut Ready!

A rough cut of my new cartoon, "Recipes for an Unhealthy lifestyle" is ready! I am going to upload an FLV tomorrow evening!

A very busy week.

I got a chance to work on the cartoon a few hours this afternoon! I have a feeling this past week was a long one for most people, it just felt that way. I have not mentioned it yet but I recently landed an internship at "DeepSky studios". This is a 12 week deal, they are teaching me Toonboom animate pro with the possibility of being hired! My brain was brimming and exhausted. I forgot how much energy it takes to learn something new!
Thankfully the body can make itself adjust and get comfortable with the increased activity within a pretty short amount of time...coffee lends a hand as well.
I have been forcing myself to paint in oil at least a few times a week, images to come soon.

Progress.

Hello, For the past six months I have been working on a new cartoon. It is a cartoon that I like working on enough to make it a bit higher quality than my last one. Better animation, More interesting Transitions, Flames, recipes, anger, pie-in-the-face gags, a tombstone (not the pizza) Yes she really has it all. I really learned a lot over them six months but no one is interested in what I learned, lets get to the pie in the face jokes already! Well I'm sorry but they are not done yet. This plane ( figurative) is probably two weekends away from taking off, so close though! I worked hard on this one and I hope it will be entertaining. Lets see if I update in two weeks with the actual video!!...???

What up everyone out there in Radioland...here is a little something I made up because I missed my Girlfriend a whole bunch while she was away for Christmas break.

Here is number 4 of 4 self portraits I tried this week. I like to do a couple self portraits every once in a while, it is pretty interesting to step back and look at how I see myself. Most of the time I see myself as hulk, which explains this...

A little fun.

Hello, you may remember a post a while back about a project that I decided to stop working on because of mounting technical issues, Well I cut together a fun little clip from that thing just to prove that the "polar bear fighting" cartoon really does exist in some, albeit unfinished form. In this scene "Scooter" has discovered a polar bear cave and waits for it to emerge, unaware that polar bears have magic powers...
