World of Warcraft Instrument Design

So this project is for Concept Design class. It was real slow goon for a good week or so, but I found some stride, This is all 100% digital paint, and the most important thing is that I HAD FUN! I blasted some heavy metal music to start drawing and the music I was listening to i ended up just whistling to myself during the paint process! FUN!

so here are a few figure drawings from this evening, The model was better than your average poser, the early gestures she came up with were full of twists and arcs and movement. To explain the slightly toned drawing, I figured I would give my old bamboo pen and tablet one last go and see if i could stand using it. the answer is no, no I cannot stand using that hunk of junk, no pressure sensitivity, tiny screen coverage and absolutely zero mark recognition, basically any mark you make on the pad comes up on the screen as an angular fart. Side note; I dig red hair.
